Underwater Update Coming For The Blockheads

David Frampton, creator of sandbox world-building game The Blockheads, has announced on the game's official website that an underwater themed update for the title is in the works.

Version 1.2 of the game will introduce sharks and fish to the oceans, along with a form of kelp to allow players to breathe underwater while exploring. Sharks will be pretty dangerous to players, but are fortunately rare and hidden in only the deepest parts of the ocean. Fish can be eaten, but you'll want to wrap them in tinfoil before cooking - and you can even create a special tinfoil hat too.

The update will also fix a handful of lag and framerate issues reported by players, as well as a few other general bug fixes. Frampton also teased an additional major feature for the game, but it won't be revealed until next week.
