Puzzle & Dragons Making An Estimated $2million Daily
GungHo Online Entertainment's mobile game Puzzle & Dragons is generating an estimated $2 million in revenue every single day, according to the publisher's latest financial report (spotted by Gamasutra). The success of the game has seen the publisher's sales grow 168.8 percent, while profits increased by an even more impressive 690.1 percent.
Modojo reviewed the game at the end of 2012 and awarded the game 3.5 out of 5 stars - we had praise for the game's addictive match-three mechanics and Pokemon-esque creature collection, while noting that the in-app purchase system held back play sessions somewhat. Clearly that's worked out in GungHo's favor.
