Dragon Storm Brings MMO-Style Strategy To iPhone And iPad
It took a few weeks, but Glu Mobile is finally ready to make some noise in 2013 with Dragon Storm, the publisher's first iOS game of the year. Billed as an MMO-style strategy effort, this fantasy combat game challenges players to take back a 3D world dominated by an evil dragon god by the name of Shadowclaw.
To get the job done, users must build and strengthen their kingdoms, raise armies and then communicate with other players using the real-time chat/player-to-player functionality. They'll raise dragons, strategize with other people and attack their enemies.
From what we've heard, the single-player campaign contains hundreds of quests. In addition, the game comes with iCloud saves and online leaderboards. On that note, we expect to see it on the App Store February 7. For now, watch the trailer.
