Atlus, the new RPG King?
Etrian Odyssey II: Heroes of Lagaard is officially heading to America, thanks to Atlus.
In the sequel, the land of Lagaard is in crisis. To save it, you must traverse to a castle located in the sky in order to retrieve the Grail of Kings.
Heroes of Lagaard sports the same first-person, dungeon-crawling gameplay from the original. As you may have expected, the map-making feature makes a return with new and improved features. The game also contains 12 different selectable classes for customizing your party in addition to more than 100 different side-quests to venture through. Sounds like one epic odyssey.
Etrian Odyssey II: Heroes of Lagaard will be released on the 17th of June. You can check out some gameplay videos below or look at several screenshots of the game here.
