"Party at my place."
Square Enix announced today that Final Fantasy: Crisis Core has officially hit retail stores across North America. To celebrate the highly anticipated release, they hosted a launch party at the Metreon Playstation Store in San Francisco. Only 200 people were allowed in with the first 100 of them receiving a free t-shirt. Other than getting the opportunity to buy the game first, fans were treated to an exclusive look at some concept art and offered the chance to win new Final Fantasy merchandise.
For players who still prefer the sheen of a brand new strategy guide to the more utilitarian design of online FAQs, Square Enix is offering a 20% discount to those who order a copy of the player's guide from the BradyGames website using the coupon code BGCCFF08.
They're also offering a variety of mobile content courtesy of mobile provider, Helio. Helio members can access VideoRings and other content by entering "FANTASY" (3268279) on their mobile device and then pressing the jump key.
