A tale of two languages
Rated E10+, the game has been released at a launch price of $39.99 and tasks players with defending the dying world of Filgaia. In an age of anarchy and chaos, one kingdom remains resolute, but with its king suddenly ill, players must work to ensure that an opportunistic senate doesn't bring the nation to ruin.
Wild Arms XF features over 20 job classes, 50 stages, an extensive item creation system and a unique hex-grid battle system that allows for a greater number of tactical positioning options than traditional square-based systems. The domestic release will have an added jukebox of sorts that will allow players to access 20 select songs at any point in the game.
A Japanese voice option will also thankfully be present for those who are wary of the often dodgy English dubs that emerge in the videogame world -- or just for those who prefer a more authentic Japanese experience.
