Deep Labyrinth was originally released as a mobile phone title, but Marvelous Interactive has reworked the game to take full advantage of the Nintendo DS's unique features, by adding touch screen control and providing a dual screen view.
The game features a real-time combat system, where both swords swings and spell casting can be performed by use of the stylus. Credits for the game include Scenario Designer Masato Katou (Chrono Trigger, Final Fantasy XI Online) and musical score by Yasunori Mitsuda (Chrono Cross, Xenosaga).
Deep Labyrinth is scheduled to arrive on the Nintendo DS later this fall.
