NBA Ballers, RUSH, and Mortal Kombat...
Midway announced today its lineup of PSP titles for 2006.
NBA Ballers: Rebound-
The first portable iteration of the franchise, the title will have gamers start out as a wanna-be allstar, later to become one of the NBA's greatest players. A unique and original character can be created from hundreds of custom clothing and jewelry combinations, and players can go either head-to-head or head-to-head-to-head through the PSP's Wi-Fi. NBA Ballers: Rebound is due out sometime this spring.
RUSH-
The arcade racer makes its PSP debut, featuring a Story Mode taking place across 5 different Los Angeles city re-creations, along with a 1-on-1 multiplayer Wi-Fi option. Exclusive to this portable rendition is a new Stunt Arena, with a ton of crazy high-flying ramps and loop-de-loops. A total of 36 licensed vehicles will be available when the game arrives this holiday season.
Mortal Kombat: Unchained-
Well, if you're a MK fan and own a PSP, I probably don't need to say anymore. But I will anyway, mainly because I like to read my own writing, but we won't get into that. There aren't a lot of specific things we can say about Unchained, but we do know that it'll have Wi-Fi functionality, new moves and combinations, along with exclusive characters and environments. Look for it this fall.
