Blue sparks are back in an all new adventure
Nintendo announced today that the much anticipated DS kart racer, Mario Kart DS, has begun shipping to retailers across North America.
This latest entry in the popular racing series will once again feature an all-star cast of classic Nintendo characters, from Donkey Kong to Yoshi, and believe it or not, even Mario! Up to 30 different courses will be available, with some designed to replicate the best tracks from past games, along with a host of all-new ones as well.
Of course the most exciting feature of the game is its online capabilities, allowing players to race against 3 friends via Nintendo's newly established Wi-Fi Connection for the DS. There is also the option of engaging in wireless multiplayer through a local connection, which can be played with up to 8 different people off of a single game card.
