Farming on a handheld has never been more domestic
In an announcement made earlier today, Natsume revealed that its forthcoming DS title Harvest Moon DS would be making its way to North America. Up until now we had not received any official word on whether or not the game would remain exclusive to Japan, but confirmation from the company states that the title will in fact be ready for a U.S. release sometime this Spring.
The DS game will have players returning to Forget-Me-Not-Valley, with a few characters from the Game Boy Advance and GameCube titles (Friends of Mineral Town and A Wonderful Life respectively) making appearances throughout.
While the game's specific use of the system's dual screen features have not yet been outlined, newly released pictures of the game suggest that one screen will be used for displaying text and information whilst the other displays the action.
