Hoping for Flawless Conversions
1Up has reported that Midway will be developing three exclusive titles for Sony's PSP. Some of Midway's most notable and successful franchises will be making their way over to the handheld including: Mortal Kombat: Deception, NBA Ballers, and Midway Arcade Treasures.
Mortal Kombat: Deception will be similar to the home consoles version; NBA Ballers is a street-based basketball game with a focus on the lifestyle of a NBA superstar. Midway Arcade Treasures will feature over 20 classic titles such as: Spy Hunter, Defender, Paperboy, Gauntlet 4, Klax, Joust, 720, Rampart, Arch Rivals, and the original three Mortal Kombat titles, among others.
Both Mortal Kombat: Deception and Midway Arcade Treasures will release in late 2005, with NBA Ballers shipping in early 2006. All the games are expected to include wireless multiplay.
