No objections from DS owners
Capcom has recently announced their upcoming "lawyer adventure" game for Nintendo DS, Gyakuten Saiban, will be released in North America; previously the game and its previous incarnations were only available in Japan. Renamed as Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney for American audiences, the game is expected to ship later this year.
Assuming the role of the intuitive Phoenix Wright, players will conduct interviews, question witnesses, and gather evidence in a series of court cases. Each possible answer by the witness allows for Wright to pose more questions about their motives in an attempt to attempt to unravel the truth. Its previous games released on the Game Boy Advance, Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney will utilize the DS's touch screen and quite possibly voice recognition features.
