Wreck-it Ralph Cheats And Tips
Earlier today we published our review of Wreck-it Ralph, awarding the game a very well-deserved 4 out of 5 stars. Since then we've rounded up a few handy tips and hints for each of the three mini-games that are included in this entertaining arcade app. Read on to get ahead of each game.

How do I stop being hit by Ralph's bricks?
You need to watch out for some key obstacles in the game. Window shutters that are opened outwards will prevent you moving over the ledge from that side. Flower pots will also stop you jumping up onto the ledge above, or jumping back down below.
Always plan your next move to be away from the direction that Ralph is currently moving towards, and rapidly hit the repair button at each broken window.
What do the pies do in Fix-it Felix Jr.?
If you see a pie appear on one of the window ledges it's worth grabbing if you can as it will make you invincible for a short amount of time. It's not worth going too far out of your way to grab these, as they vanish after a short amount of time, and you should of course always make sure that heading towards it won't place you in danger.

What are the soda bottles used for?
If you want to get a quick boost up the screen, or you've messed up a jump and think you're in danger of falling off the bottom of the screen, tap on Ralph to send him soaring into the sky. That will use up some of his soda meter though, and you'll need to collect the little bottles in each level to top it back up again.
What's the difference between the wine gums and candies?
The candies on each level are used to boost your score. Obviously you should try and collect as many of these as possible, but don't risk going after the really dangerous ones as you'll risk falling off the screen.
The sparkling wine gums will give you a rapid height boost, but keep an eye out for a nearby bouncing branch for when you start to lose speed.
What do the marshmallows do in Sweet Climber?
If Ralph gathers one of these, he'll wrap his arms around it and float up. It only lasts for a short amount of time, so once it starts flashing get ready to find a suitable landing spot.
Hero's Duty
How do I avoid the enemies in Hero's Duty?
As with most twin-stick shooters, the best general strategy is to circle each arena while firing ahead and to the sides whenever the coast is clear. This won't help you in every stage, particularly when objects start to block your path, but it will keep you alive in the early days. Adapt the rest of your strategy around this.
What upgrades are available?
Do scoop up any weapons icons that you come across as these will give you a great upgrade for a short amount of time.
The laser-beam allows you to slice through multiple enemies at once, the missiles will seek out multiple targets, the flamethrower is great for incinerating a large bunch of monsters, while the grenade will split into three and explode over a wide area. Make sure you grab those hearts as well, so that your health meter gets topped up.
Why am I losing health when I'm not being hit?
Certain areas of the ground in later levels become toxic, and have a red outline around them. Make sure you don't run over them, and certainly don't stand in them for very long!
Why do enemies keep spawning?
It's important to take out the piles of gloop on the floor, in addition to the roaming monsters, as these can spawn new creatures.
