Rage of Bahamut Cheats and Tips

Earlier today we reviewed Mobage's chart-topping card-collecting game Rage of Bahamut. The unfriendliness of the game's interface is fortunately matched by some seriously addictive gameplay, but it can be a little overwhelming at first. Our guide for the fresh-faced warrior should help get you on your way to global domination.

Have you got the stamina?

In the early stages of the game, stamina is by far and away your most important stat. Without stamina, you can't continue to battle in the quest mode, and so you can't gain new cards and XP. If you prioritize investing points into stamina, you'll be able to fighter for longer and gain new fighting options.

Keep throwing points into stamina until you're around level 50 (or have approximately 100 stamina, whichever comes first), then focus on defense. This will give you the most up-time, while also keeping you alive.

Hold onto your items

The Cure Waters and Holy Powders that you receive at the beginning of the game are far more useful at higher levels than they are when you first start out. Hold onto them until you really need them. In fact they're so valuable that they can often be traded for better cards from more veteran players.

Starter bonuses

Do browse the internet and look for forums where players are discussing the game. There's always someone looking to give away their redemption code which gives both you and them a nice injection of cash, as well as a rare card for your collection. There's no reason not to take up this opportunity, and you might even make a new friend!

Choose your alignment carefully

There are three different alignments to choose from at the beginning of the game so choose carefully. Demons receive a bonus to attack damage, Man is a more defensively orientated alignment, while God takes a balanced approach between the two.

Friends with benefits...

You may find this to be a little too much spamming to subject your friends to, but if you think you can get away with it (without losing half of your followers), tweeting about the game will reward you with in-game cash once per day.
