Max Awesome

We found Max Awesome to be just a little too similar to Joe Danger to make an overwhelming recommendation in our review last week week, but there's still plenty of daft and satisfying action to be had from this quirky platform racing game. There are more than 60 courses and no end of objectives to work your way through.

Pocket Trucks

There are more than a few in-app purchases tucked away inside Pocket Trucks, but we reckon that physics racing nuts will get more than enough out of this game to make it a dollar well spent. Compete in time trials against AI competitors, dodge deadly traps, and grab every power-up you can get your hands on. A chirpy retro soundtrack rounds off the frantic racing action.
