Doors & Rooms Cheats And Tips Part 2
Yesterday we brought you the first part of our walkthrough of Doors & Rooms for iPhones and iPads. The second chapter Secret Door is arguably much tougher, so here are all of the solutions you'll need to complete this collection of levels.
If you tap on the buttons on the door, they'll reveal clusters of letters that form the word 'open'. By playing around with the buttons for a little while you'll likely uncover the combination by accident. If you just want the code quickly though, imagine the buttons are labeled 1, 2, 3 and 4 from left to right. Press them in the following order to leave the room: 4, 1, 3.
First of all, double-tap the calendar hanging on the wall to the left of the door. You'll notice that the date of the 24th is circled and is colored red. Getting passed this level couldn't be easier, you just need to tap the red door button 24 times!
There's nothing to do here except keep spinning that slot machine until three keys flash up. Once that happens, you'll be free to pass into the next room. Just keep pulling the lever!
Notice that blue switch to the right of the door? If you press that button, the lights will go out and you'll see the pixels that are missing from the information visible when the light is on. You need to mentally layer both images over each other to uncover the missing code. Want an even quicker way? Oh gone on then, the code is 2735.
This is a very sneaky level. Someone's put the giant key you need in your inventory. Head into the inventory, select the key and then use it on the door lock to progress to the sixth level.
This is a very clever puzzle. If you tap on the little chart just above the door you'll see a series of long and short lines. If you tilt your device so that it's almost horizontal at eye-level, you'll see the code to get through. It's 5293 if that's too much eye-strain for you!
You'll need your sound on for this one. You need to ring each bell in turn, from lowest to highest, for the door to open. If you imagine the bells being numbered from 1 to 7, you need to chime each one with a finger-tap in the following order: 7, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 1.
All around this room there are coins with dates marked on them. You'll need to tap all over the floor until you've picked up every last coin, then try entering the dates into the combination one after another. Or, you can just enter the correct number straight away: 1953!
This one requires some serious concentration. Once you hit the start button you have three seconds (no more, no less) to hit it again and open the door. The clock must read 3.0 seconds on your second hit. Practice makes perfect!
To open this door you need to match the weighting of the scales, and you have the numbers 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 to play with when tapping on the little buttons. Be aware that you're not trying to balance the scales, so one end should weigh more than the other. If you're still stuck, enter the numbers in this order from left to right: 3, 5, 1, 2, 4.
